Email zhang3917@hotmail.com — we respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. If your question concerns a specific AI answer, include the book title and the approximate time it was generated.

Common questions

• Delete my account — entirely in-app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. No email needed.
• Forgot password — sign in with Apple, then set a new password in Settings. Every password-enabled account has an Apple identity behind it.
• Where are my books? — on your device only. Our servers keep no copy; deleting the app deletes the books it contains.
